• About the Lichfield and District Empty property Strategy

  Since 1997, Lichfield District Council has been committed to re using empty properties in this District. This commitment is based on the fact that with suitable large sites for development becoming increasingly scarce and over 1,000 people in urgent housing need on
  the housing register, the re use of empty properties will help provide good quality homes for people in need.
