Evolve Fitness
Our spacious, fully air conditioned fitness suite, 'evolve fitness' was completely refurbished in summer 2005 and comprises a modern gym with a separate dedicated exercise studio.
We are proud to be Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) accredited which means that all our equipment and changing facilities are more easily accessible. Our wide range of resistance and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, steppers, cross trainers and exercise bikes, is ideal for both for beginners and fitness enthusiasts.
Our friendly instructors are always on hand to create personalised fitness programmes and to help you reach your goals. An ever-changing fitness class programme including yoga, boxercise and gentle Extend classes take place in our popular exercise studio, and you can take a dip in the centre's swimming pool to complete your workout.
