Q: What do I do if I think I may become homeless?

Answer:

Lichfield District Council has a statutory duty, under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002) to find accommodation for those people who are judged as being "statutorily homeless" within the Lichfield District.
