Fusion Credit Union

Fusion Credit Union is a local financial cooperative whose members support each other through saving and borrowing together.  Its aims are to encourage members to save and to provide access to loans at reasonable rates of interest.

Fusion is a 'not for profit' organisation owned and operated entirely by its members.  Any profits accumulated are for the benefit of its members. Membership is open to everyone who lives or works in Lichfield District area.

Membership is just £2 plus a minimum savings deposit of £1.

Fusion is run by enthusiastic volunteers from the area and is part of a worldwide credit union movement, one of over 300 successfully trading in the UK.  Fusion is also supported by Lichfield District Council and many other local organisations.

Fusion Credit Union is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority www.fsa.gov.uk and as such all Savings are guaranteed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme www.fscs.org.uk
