There are two offices in the district, these are located in Lichfield and Burntwood. Their contact details are as follows:

We have a customer services point in Burntwood Library at Sankey's Corner. Council customers can make payments* using the secure deposit box, or call the council's customer services team using the Freephone, for advice and guidance.
