Stowe Fields is now home to an outdoor gym, thanks to the kind donation of £17,000 by the Rotary Club of Lichfield St Chad.
How to find Stowe Gym Stowe Fields is right in the heart of Lichfield City centre, in shadow of Lichfield Cathedral. It is next to Cross Keys/Lombard Street car park, and Stowe Pool.
Installed near the children's play area, the gym is free for everyone to use. It features cardio, tone and chill out zones - with equipment such as a leg press, a sit ups bench and a chest press.
So get outdoors and get fit!
