Class Descriptions

50+

A fun class geared towards seniors or beginners to exercise.

Suitable for 50 year olds and upwards.

360

An intense all over workout incorporating indoor cycling, squats, lunges, press ups, weights and ball work to challenge strength and endurance - not for beginners!!

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Beginners Step

A cardio exercise class with simple step routines, helping to improve your overall fitness and is ideal for the less experienced 'stepper'!

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Body Tone

An all over conditioning workout for toning and muscle definition.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Bokwa

Come and try the new craze that is sweeping the globe, sweat the letters and dance the digits. An addictive cardio workout for all levels.

Suitable for 14 year olds and upwards.

Box-A-Circuit

A power packed circuit for that top to toe workout. Using basic boxing techniques and traditional circuits, this is a must for both men and women alike.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Club Air

A session using the air resistance machines based on a circuit training class. Participants from 10 years of age are allowed. A great session for a family who want to exercise together. Please note that this is not part of our exercise timetable, therefore separate charges apply.

Fitness Pilates

Intense stretching and conditioning exercises that help to obtain a toned, leaner and stronger body.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Legs, Tums & Bums

Concentrating on hips, thighs, tums, bums, improving posture and tightening hard to reach areas.

Suitable for 14 year olds and upwards.

Mash Up

A combination of cardiovascular and conditioning 'mashed up' to give an all round top to toe workout.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Power Step

An excellent aerobic workout incorporating the use of the step to help improve coordination and tone bums and thighs. This class includes a conditioning element to blast those hard to reach areas.

Step

A choreographed step routine to music, challenging your coordination and increasing your cardio fitness.

Suitable for 14 year olds and upwards.

Super Circuits

A fun, action- packed circuit based class combining cardio and resistance exercises to increase fitness, muscular strength and endurance.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Zumba

An exhilarating Latin-inspired dance fitness class that will motivate you to party yourself into shape!

Suitable for 14 year olds and upwards.

Please note that a parental consent form is required for 14 - 16 year olds participating in Zumba and is available from Reception.

Wattbike Revolutions

Join us for our take on indoor cycling classes using the revolutionary Wattbikes, as used by British Cycling and the British olympic cycling tems. A simple workout led by our instructor, Nick. Guaranteed to improve aerobic fitness as well as strengthening and toning thighs and buttocks.

Suitable for 10 year olds and upwards.

Yoga

This class targets postural strengths, improves flexibility and mobility throughout the whole body. The slow, controlled movements will give your muscles more tone and shape.

Suitable for 16 year olds and upwards.

Aqua Aerobics

A low impact water based class. A fun workout and a great way to shape up whilst supporting your joints and muscles.

Suitable for 14 years and upwards.

Aerobics (KEVILC)*

A cardiovascular workout incorporating high or low impact aerobics performed to upbeat music - a fun class for all levels of fitness.

Super Circuits (KEVILC)*

A fun, action-packed circuit base class combining cardio and resistance exercises to increase fitness and muscular strength and endurance.
