Junior Triathlon 2009
Friary Grange Leisure Centre is pleased to be once again organising a Junior Triathlon. The event is scheduled to take place on bank holiday Monday 31st August within the grounds of the leisure centre.
The event is sanctioned and run under the British Triathlon Association rules for children's triathlon events. This years event is also the ultimate event in the West Midland Regional Triathlon Race Series. The swim takes place in a 25 metre indoor pool and the cycle and run both take place on enclosed grass circuits. The distances raced over depend on the age and category of the participant. The table below details the distances:
