Friarsgate Scheme Gets Green Light

Lichfield District Council has been given the green-light by the Secretary of State for the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) for the Friarsgate Scheme. This means the Council now has the right to buy the land that will enable the Friarsgate shopping and leisure development to go ahead.
