Staffordshire Police Authority has been working closely with Lichfield District Venture to develop a new police station headquarters.
The existing Frog Lane police station is set to be demolished to make way for the new Friarsgate complex. The police station will be relocated to a new purpose built state-of-the-art building on the junction of Eastern Avenue and the A51 Stafford Road.
A second police facility will be developed in the
city centre as part of the Friarsgate complex. The headquarters features a modern,
contemporary design.
