A striking new £15 million scheme that combines quality living with offices in an attractive new environment.
Developed in partnership with Advantage West Midlands, the plan consists of 40,000 sq ft office space and more than 100 new homes, including apartments and town houses with views across the city to the Cathedral. The City Wharf development site is close to the city centre and adjacent to the main railway line.
