Calling all children! Come along to Beacon Park's Haunting Halloween Trail on Saturday 31 October between 5.30pm to 7.15pm for some spooky spine tingling fun... if you dare! The chilling tour will take in 'Superstition Circle', 'Spooky Hollow', 'The Unknown Passage' and end with a trick or treat.
And, if you are hungry after the spooky trail, you can warm up with a selection of hot food and drink, including pumpkin soup, from the catering pod.
Anyone wanting to go on the trail can pick up their free trail map from the witch who will be guarding the gateway - otherwise known as the Museum Garden's entrance to Beacon Park.
Beth Osman, Heritage Parks Manager, said: "For a Halloween treat for the kids, put on your favourite spooky costumes and come along to Beacon Park's free Haunting Halloween Trail. You might like to bring a torch as the park will be dark and remember to dress up warm."
All children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, contact the parks team on 01543 308867.
