Whenever a major new development is given planning permission, we often do so on the understanding that the developers provide for new social, recreation, education, community and health facilities and/or public open spaces. These are known as planning obligations. We asked for your views on how the rest of this funding should be allocated. The aim is to target and reach as many people as possible with this consultation , such as, the public, Elected Members and key delivery partners; statutory and voluntary services and internal council officers.
