Hawksyard Village section 106 consultation 2012

We'd like your views on how funds should be spent around the new Hawksyard Village development 

The former Rugeley Power Station site, is currently being developed and will be known as Hawksyard Village.  This development will mean that Section 106 funding will become available to spend on capital projects in the local area.

The funds can be used for social, recreational, community or health projects that will benefit people living in the area.  A number of suggestions for projects were given in a consultation completed in 2008 but we would like to know what projects you would like to see in the area. 

• Projects need to provide social or community facilities and benefit the local area of Armitage with Handsacre
• Money is only available to fund capital projects (e.g. a building or a bench)
• Money is not available for revenue projects (e.g. running costs of an event or venue)
