Lichfield District residents' questionnaire Autumn 2012

Are we doing a good job and focusing on the right things? Tell us what you think and you can also enter to win a family ticket to see the Lichfield Garrick's Christmas Show.

We deliver a wide range of services across the district - from collecting your waste and recycling and running local leisure centres, through to cleaning local streets and helping people to find good local homes.  To do this we need to know what's important to you about living here. This helps us to check we are focusing on the right things.

Some households will have received a copy of this questionnaire in the post but we would like anyone who is over 16 and lives in Lichfield District to complete this questionnaire. We will run a separate survey for under 16's and you can register to give your views in this by emailing lisa.clarke@lichfielddc.gov.uk
