Help for carers locally
Hundreds of people across the district are either full or part-time carers for parents, brothers, sisters or children.
Being a carer can be challenging and rewarding in equal measures. Carers make a huge contribution and it is vital that public organisations work to support carers in their role.
If you are a carer and want help or advice, contact the Carers' Association Southern Staffordshire who can provide a wealth of advice and support on topics ranging from help with housing issues, to what to do if you need a break, to legal advice.
You can call the team on 01785 606675.
