Development Control Document Charges

Public charges for planning/development control documents & photocopies  are:

• Decision Notices (including appeal decisions) & Enforcement Notices  -
  £10 - 5 working days / £20 - 1 working day
  
  
• Approved/Refused Plans (per set); Property Searches; Discharge of conditions letters
  - All £50
  
  
• Retrospective Advice (including compliance checks)
  - £50 or £100 if site visit necessary
  
  
• Amendments to Plans following Approval
  - 25% of planning application fee (up to a maximum of £1000)

Photocopies:

• A4
  0-9 Sheets - no charge
  10-20 sheets - £2.00
  20-30 sheets - £3.00
  
  
• A3
  1 sheet - no charge
  2 sheets and over - £1.00 per sheet
  A2 & A1 - £5 per sheet
  A0 - £10 per sheet
