How can we improve?
We know councils don't always explain things clearly! Sometimes we even seem to talk our own language. This isn't helpful and we want to make sure that all the pages on this website are clear and easy to understand.
People across the council put information on our website - so it's up-to-date and lively - and we run training courses to help them make the information they publish clear and easy to understand. But sometimes you might not think it is, and we need your help to identify where we need to improve!
Help us to be more Straight Talking by telling us if you find any pages unclear or difficult to understand - and we'll change them!
Tell us also if you find any pages, that are perfect, and we'll take hints and tips to make sure all our pages are up to the same standard.
