Whittington & Fisherwick Neighbourhood Plan

Referendum

The referendum for the  Whittington & Fisherwick neighbourhood plan will take place on Thursday 22 February 2018.

The Neighbourhood Plan was independently examined in 2017 and the Examiner recommended that subject to some modifications the Plan should proceed to Referendum. The District Council agreed with the Examiner’s report and voted to progress the Plan to Referendum at the Cabinet meeting on 10 January 2018.

The Neighbourhood Plan and other background documents are available via the links below:

The question which will be asked at the referendum is: "Do you want Lichfield District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Whittington & Fisherwick to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"
