Latest news: Rugeley Power Station Development Brief SPD

Lichfield District Council has adopted the Rugeley Power Station Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document on 20 February 2018. The document has been produced jointly with Cannock Chase District Council to guide the future redevelopment of the site.

The District Council has produced a SPD for Rugeley Power Station, which was adopted on the 20 February 2018.

The District Council has produced a SPD for the Biodiversity and Development, which was adopted on the 17 May 2016.

The District Council has produced a SPD for the Developer Contributions, which was adopted on the 17 May 2016.

The District Council has produced a SPD for the Trees, Landscaping and Development, which was adopted on the 17 May 2016.
