Supported housing for learning difficulties and mental health

As one of the country’s leading providers of accommodation services for people with learning disabilities or mental health problems, Advance Housing is responsible for the development and management of a range of housing options.

They build and provide a variety of homes for people with learning disabilities or mental health problems - whether you’re interested in owning your own home or living in supported accommodation.

The types of housing provided are:

  • 24 hr supported housing
  • Self-contained properties
  • Shared housing
  • Shared ownership

Because of the specialist nature of the accommodation, Advance Housing properties are not advertised through the choice based letting scheme – Homes Direct. If you are interested in moving to an Advance Housing property, please contact Advance Housing direct.
