What if I get a parking ticket on an LDC car park?
Fines vary, depending on how serious the parking offence is.
- Serious offences, such as parking in a disabled bay without a valid blue badge, will incur a fine of £70 (or £35 if you pay within 14 days).
- Less serious offences, such as not displaying a valid ticket, will incur a fine of £50 (or £25 if you pay within 14 days).

Parking tickets issued in car parks across the district are processed by our partners at Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

To pay a parking fine, please call 0845 234 0068 or use our online payments system.
How do I appeal against car park fines (issued in car parks)?
Parking appeals can be made either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Parking Services, PO Box 2994, Stoke on Trent, ST4 9FG.
Please remember to include the penalty charge number and vehicle details. A return postal address is also necessary as we are legally required to reply in hard copy.

How do I appeal against car park fines (issued on streets)?
If you get a fine for parking on a street in the district, this is managed by Staffordshire County Council and you will need to contact them direct at www.staffordshire.gov.uk.
