Planning appeals
Can I comment in writing?
We will normally agree to the written representation method of dealing with appeals, unless the proposals have aroused a significant level of concern in the neighbourhood and, in our opinion, the issues raised by the proposals need to be explored in the presence of an inspector appointed by the Secretary of State.
If you would like to comment on any appeal in which the deadline for the submission of public comments has not expired, you send three copies of your letter, before the final date for submission of public comments, to:
The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/M Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN
