How to access the grant
We have written to all the businesses that we think are eligible for a grant, and are collecting email addresses for these same businesses, which will help us to speed up the payment process.
If you think you may be eligible for a grant, because you meet the eligibility criteria, and you haven't received a letter from us (or you just haven't visited your business premises for some time), please email our economic development team, so we can send you a request for more information.
When responding to the request for information, please make sure you fill in all the sections on the form. Your company name must be the same as the one we hold for you and remember to include your company number (the one you get when you register with Companies House), or it will take us longer to match you up with our records.
Once you have sent us all the information, we will give you a reference number and process your payment. There is no need to contact us again to make sure we have received your information - just keep your reference number handy. We are dealing with lots of cases so please be patient while we process your payment. Thank you.
