Changes to our licensing services

Following government advice we have had to change the way we deliver some of our services to you.

With immediate effect and until further notice please do not visit the Council House reception in Frog Lane.

For Plate & Badge renewals, continue to make your applications on line and provide the information requested. An officer will email or call you if further information is required. Plates & Badges will be posted out.

During this time, especially as the information we are receiving changes on a daily basis, we don’t want to be sending you unnecessary emails, however we will send communications where it will effect our service delivery to you. Therefore please check your emails and your spam folders on a regular basis.
