We have responsibility for licensing premises where special treatments are carried out within the District and for licensing individuals who carry out these treatments. We have produced a draft special treatments policy which sets out what we expect from those delivering special treatments and what the public and those carrying out the special treatments can expect from us. The policy aims to help applicants by providing more detail about the application process and how the relevant legislation is applied.
We would very much like your views on our draft policy, which has been approved by Lichfield District Council’s regulatory and licensing committee.
