Make a freedom of information (FOI) request
It could take up to 20 working days to receive a response to your freedom of information (FOI) request, so why not find out if we've already published the information you need in our frequently asked FOI section.
It's worth noting that if you submit a request for information that is listed on our frequently asked FOI pages or elsewhere on our website, we will simply send you a link to the relevant webpage on our website (up to 20 days later), so it’s well worth taking a look first - as you could get the information you need quicker.
If the information you need is not listed, make a freedom of information request.
Can you choose not to respond to my FOI?
We only have to respond to an FOI if we hold the information. If we do not hold the information we will respond to you to let you know.
We can also choose not to respond if:
- we have published the data already on our website - visit our frequently asked FOIs section to find out more.
- if the FOI does not relate to services we provide - find out more.
- if we believe the request is vexatious or repetitious - find out more.
