Our homelessness service
Our Homelessness Service is managed by the Housing Options Team. If you are homeless or at risk of being made homeless you can make an online application and choose the 'Register as homeless or at threat of homelessness within 56 days' option. Fill in the online form and the Duty Officer will contact you the same day to carry out an initial assessment of your situation.
The initial assessment or 'triage' will be carried out by telephone, a face to face interview isn’t necessary, but we can arrange an appointment if you need to see an officer in person.
