How to apply
When submitting a temporary pavement licence application you will need to provide:
- proof of at least £5 million public liability insurance.
- a plan of the area you wish to use.
- photographs of all furniture.
How much does it cost?
The fee for an temporary pavement licence application is £100 which is non-refundable should the application be refused, or if the licence is subsequently surrendered or revoked.
Application process
Once a valid application is received, we will send a public notice to be displayed on the premises.
This must be sited where it can be easily read and must remain for 5 working days beginning the day after your application is valid.
You will also need to send us a photograph of your notice on display.
