This summer 11 to 17 year olds can take advantage of the £20 SPACE summer passes for unlimited access to a host of leisure activities.

Thanks to funding from the Staffordshire Police & Crime Commissioner, Lichfield District Council and Freedom Leisure are offering 11 to 17 year olds the opportunity to buy a pass that offers them a range of activities over the summer holidays.

All pass holders gain unlimited access to:

  • Public swims at Burntwood Leisure Centre and Friary Grange Leisure Centre
  • Getin2it summer activities, including boxing, parkour, dance, multi sports and more
  • Off peak court hire, including tennis, badminton, squash/racketball and table tennis
  • Pool sessions featuring a giant inflatable assault course
  • Glow Active UV Sport sessions
  • Bowls, crazy golf, petanque, foot and disc golf, and cricket pitch access at Beacon Park

Councillor David Leytham, Cabinet Member for Leisure, said:

“From swimming and skateboarding, to foot and disc golf, getting a SPACE summer pass is a great way to keep busy over the holidays. With a pass you can also access all our Getin2it summer sessions, which includes boxing, trampolining, parkour, multi sports and more. We hope plenty of young people will take advantage of the summer passes and get active and have fun over the holiday.”

The SPACE summer passes are available to buy for £20 at Burntwood Leisure Centre and Friary Grange Leisure Centre.
