Issues with addresses, postcodes and house names
I'm experiencing mail delivery problems.
Sometimes different companies/organisations will hold different addresses for properties.
If you are having delivery problems, please contact our GIS team and we can look into it for you.
If necessary we can contact the various companies/organisations (such as Royal Mail and council tax) and request they update their records to use the official address for your property.
This process normally takes up to 28 days to resolve.
