LWMTS (Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services) is a company wholly owned by Lichfield District Council – so yes, we’re council-owned, but we operate with a bit more flexibility.

We manage all the Council’s temporary and pathway homes – and that includes:

  • Day-to-day property management
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Health & safety checks
  • Helping residents settle in
  • Working closely with the council’s housing team

Think of us as the people who look after the buildings while the council looks after your housing journey.
