How to get help

  • You can talk to us at any time during your stay - no issue is too big or too small.
  • Call us our duty housing officer on 0333 220 3088 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm), or if you'd rather write things down, please email housing.options@lichfielddc.gov.uk and we'll reach out on the next working day.
  • In an emergency that requires out of hours support that cannot wait until the next working day:
    • call 0300 303 8234 for housing officer support.
    • call 0330 222 0304 and select option 3 to speak to our CJE Developments who provide our out of hours repairs support - the team at CJE will only attend if the issue is an emergency. Non emergency issues will be passed to our property team to deal with on the next working day.
