How to get help

  • You can talk to us at any time during your stay - no issue is too big or too small.
  • Call us our durty housing officer on 0333 220 3088 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm), or if you'd rather write things down, please email housing.options@lichfielddc.gov.uk and we'll reach out on the next working day.
