Under the Gambling Act 2005, we are responsible for issuing and enforcing licenses, permits and notifications. Every three years, we are required to prepare a statement of principles showing how we will exercise our responsibilities under the act.

Our current statement of principles expires in 2019, so we have prepared an updated draft statement for 2019 - 2022.  There have been no major changes in the legislation and no issues in Lichfield Distract since the last review three years ago. 

Therefore, only minor revisions have been made to the statement, in line with the current guidance issues by the Gambling Commission.
