Apply to the Councillor Local Community Fund

The current window for applications to the Councillor Local Community Fund is closed.

The Councillor Local Community Fund is designed to help empower local residents to be active in their community and made easy for groups to apply.

How it works

• Each Councillor has £300 to award to support local projects and activities which can make a positive impact in their area. Awards can be made from a minimum of £50 pounds to a maximum of £300.

• There is an option for applications to be made to more than one Councillor in a ward or across wards up to a maximum award of £900.

• Any community groups can apply. Unlike most funding schemes groups do not need to be formally constituted

How to apply

Making an application is easy, just follow the steps below:

1. Contact your councillor to discuss what you want funding for and check funding is available.
2. Click the Begin this form button below to start your application.
3. Select the councillor/s you want to apply to, the amount and enter your reason for applying.
4. Click submit to send you application for consideration.

If your application is successful you will be contacted by The Community Foundation for Staffordshire to arrange payment.
