Customer access survey

We are asking our customers to tell us about their preferences on how they want to interact and obtain information from us and what access channels they would prefer to use.
The feedback we receive will be used to inform how we develop those access channels in the future.
The survey covers topics such as how often customers contact us, opportunities for online self-service, and how people access news and information about Lichfield District Council.
The survey is available online and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
The closing date for responses to the survey is Friday 30 April 2021.
