Lichfield District local plan scoping consultation
Lichfield District Council is preparing a new Local Plan to guide growth and development across the district from 2026 to 2046. The plan will shape future housing, employment, infrastructure, transport, community facilities and environmental protection.Call for sites
The new Local Plan will allocate sites to meet development needs. We are inviting submissions of land which may be suitable for uses such as housing (at least 5 homes), gypsy and traveller sites, employment, retail, sports, community or other uses.
