Our teams have been out emptying bins and bags where it is safe to do so, but we have missed some streets that were not safe to travel down - we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please put your bins/bags out as normal and we'll empty them if it is safe to do so.
If your bin/bags are missed, we will plan to return later this week to catch up, weather permitting, so please leave them out and check back for updates.

Our online bin calendar is up to date, but please be aware that this may change again depending on weather conditions.

We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during the current weather conditions, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol, which is now active.
