Whilst we try our hardest to empty bins, bags and caddies from all streets on time, unfortunately breakdowns, roadworks, blocked roads, bad weather and crew changes can mean sometimes we may miss some streets - we are sorry if we have missed yours on Friday 31 July.

If your street is listed as missed (view list of streets), there's no need to report it - just leave it out as follows:

Food waste caddies - please leave out on Saturday 1 August
Garden waste bins - please leave out or put back out again on Monday 3 August
