When you receive a decision about housing benefits from us, please check your notification letters carefully.
These show all the details that have been used to calculate your entitlement.
If you want to know more about the decision, or if you think it is wrong, you must contact us within one calendar month of the date of your decision letter.
You can ask us to explain our decision, look at our decision again, and if you still disagree, you can appeal.
