I have purchased a new car, do I need a new season ticket?
Yes you will need to fill in a the parking permit replacement form and pay the daily charges until you receive your permit, unless you are parking in the Friary Multi Storey.
I have lost my season ticket - what do I do?
If you lose your permit or want to replace it because your registration number has changed, please complete our parking permit replacement form.
We charge £15 for all replacement permits to cover the costs of administration, production and postage.
