Air quality management areas in Lichfield District

Lichfield District currently has two air quality management areas (AQMAs) declared due to excess nitrogen dioxide (NO2) levels – a common problem across the country.

AQMA 1

AQMA 1 covers the A5/A461 Muckley Corner junction where a number of residential dwellings are located close to the road.
