Our waste and recycling crews are working really hard in the heat to empty as many bins as possible - we are also putting on extra staff to help keep services running. Our crews walk more than 12 miles a day and each team empties around 1,200 bins, which is a huge task in high temperatures. Unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts, we missed a small number of streets last week - we are very sorry if your bin or bag was not emptied as a result. If your bin/bag wasn't emptied this week, please leave it out and we will return to empty it early next week. If your bin/bag collection is due next week, please put them out as normal.
