We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during the current weather conditions, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol, which is now active. If you are concerned about a rough sleeper who you feel needs help, please call us on 01543 308000 or outside of office hours call 01527 406643. Find out more about our severe weather protocol.

We’re delighted to be testing a new search engine that answers your questions. Instead of typing single words, try entering a full sentence such as “What do I do if I’m worried about being homeless?” or “How do I get help to apply for planning permission?” We’d really appreciate your feedback on our new search engine, so we can tailor it to your needs and continue making improvements. Please let us know your thoughts by filling in our feedback form.
