We are open daily between 9am and 4pm on New Year's Eve. We will reopen on Friday 2 January at 9am. If you need urgent out of hours support whilst we are closed (for example you are homeless tonight), please contact our out of hours service on 01527 406643. If your query is not urgent, please WhatsApp us 01543 308171 and we will get back to you the next working day. Some bin collection days are changing over the new year period. We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during the current weather conditions, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol, which is now active.
