Hello Velo is bringing the high-speed excitement of track cycling to Burntwood Wakes Festival offering a completely free cycling experience for people of all ages and abilities.
This unique pop-up velodrome replicates the drama of professional track racing and it’s open to everyone, whether you're a confident cyclist or trying it for the very first time. No booking is required, and all equipment including bikes, helmets, and pads is provided. You can even bring your own bike if you prefer.
Each rider will have the chance to warm up on the track, take on two timed laps and then race head-to-head in a friendly two-lap competition.
Expert coaches will be on hand throughout the day to guide riders, offer tips, and make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience.
