You can use this form to make an application for consideration to hire a park at one of the following locations:
- Beacon Park Lichfield
- Burntwood Park Burntwood
- Darnford Park Lichfield
- Stowe Pool Lichfield
- Shortbutts Park, Lichfield
Eligibility
This application form should only be used for events that:
- Have an estimated attendance of less than 500
- Don't require road closures
- Are not selling food and drink, including alcohol
- Are not providing entertainment to the public, i.e. music or performances
If your event will exceed 500 attendees, requires road closures, will include the sale of food and drink (including alcohol) and/or include entertainment to the public, you will need to first express an interest in hosting an event through the events and festivals process before we can let you know whether or not your event can be accommodated.

As part of this application form you will be asked to upload the following documents.
- Event management plan
- Site plan
- Risk assessment
- Public liability insurance

Cost of hire
A 50% deposit is required to hire and we will contact you following submission of your application.
