You can use this form to make an application for consideration to hire a park at one of the following locations:
- Stowe Pool Lichfield
- Beacon Park Lichfield
- Darnford Park Lichfield
- Burntwood Park Burntwood
- Chase Terrace Park Burntwood
Eligibility
This application form should only be used for events that:
- Have an estimated attendance of less than 500
- Don't require road closures
- Are not selling food and drink, including alcohol
- Are not providing entertainment to the public, i.e. music or performances
If your event will include any of the above, please make an application through the events and festivals process.
Other documentation you'll need to provide
As part of this application form you will be asked to upload the following documents.
- Event management plan
- Site plan
- Risk assessment
- Public liability insurance
Please have these to hand before starting your application.
Cost of hire
A 50% deposit is required to hire and we will contact you following submission of your application.
