How to report your concerns

We work with Central Building Control to respond to reports of dangerous structures in the district.

If you see a dangerous building or structure in the district, please report it to Central Building Control.

Report a dangerous structure

The team at Central Building Control will then work with owners to make sure the structure is made safe. This sometimes includes taking enforcement action or immediate action to remove the danger, depending on the risk.

If you are reporting a dangerous building out of hours (for example at night or during the weekend), please call the council’s out of hours line on 01527 64252 extension 3316. The out of hours line is hosted by Redditch Borough Council.
