We have started to deliver food waste caddy packs to local homes in preparation for the service launch on Monday 20 July.
We are delivering over 160,000 caddies to over 80,000 homes and it will take up to five weeks to deliver them all - so please do bear with us. Our aim is to get your caddy pack to you by Friday 17 July at the latest.

By Friday 17 July, we will deliver you:
- A small kitchen food waste caddy
- A larger outdoor food waste caddy
- A roll of liners (enough for 52 weekly collections)
- Instructions on how to recycle your food waste
*If you live in a block of flats or have a communal bin store, you will receive a kitchen caddy once we have completed the roll out of the main scheme (summer 2026). We will also work with your landlord or freeholder to provide a new food waste bin for your bin store.
