Trader Selection & Expression of Interest

Submitting an application is an expression of interest, not an automatic confirmation of a pitch.

To ensure a high-quality and balanced festival experience, pitches are awarded by the Events Team based on:

  • Product quality and uniqueness

  • A strong mix of food, drink and artisan traders

  • Local and regional representation

  • Avoiding duplication of similar offers

  • Suitability for pitch size and location

This approach allows us to create the best possible event for visitors while supporting a diverse range of traders.
